Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! But we are only able to offer it on selected items.
How long does delivery take?
Items usually arrive within 3-6 days of purchase. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping typically takes longer. This may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times.
Can I ship multiple items to different addresses?
Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. We would recommend placing different orders for each address.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
To process a return, please call 800-449-4097 or email us at sales@vintagecoinconcepts.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase in the with the original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately special orders are not returnable.
What if I want a refund?
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a notification email with information on refund to your original method of payment. Please note, due to credit card processing, your refund can take up to 7 days to process.
